Einhell

Publishes suction in millibars when almost nobody else publishes anything

Einhell sits in the value half of the German market and specifies its machines better than that position suggests. On this site it appears in wet and dry vacuums and ash vacuums, and in both families it publishes a figure the competition leaves out.

Suction, in millibars

The TE-VC 2340 gives 225 mbar; the ash vacuums give 170 and 175 mbar. Those numbers let the machines be compared with Bosch’s professional range and with each other. Wattage — which is what most listings offer — describes consumption, not performance.

The socket rating

The SACL machines carry a 2,000 W automatic tool socket. That is enough for a mitre saw or a plunge saw, not just a palm sander, and it is the specification that decides whether a vacuum can genuinely serve as dust extraction.

The ash range

Steel drums, aluminum tubes and, on the 2032 DW, an aluminum hose. Einhell also states plainly that glowing material must not be picked up — the correct instruction, and one that many competitors leave to the imagination. Cold ash, twenty-four hours, on every machine in that family.
