The TC-AV 2032 DW is the 1830 D with 850 W, 175 mbar, a 20-litre drum and — the meaningful change — a 1.2 m aluminium hose.
Every ash vacuum has a metal drum. Fewer have a metal hose. The hose end is what goes into the grate, closest to whatever warmth is left, and on cheaper machines it is the plastic component that softens or scorches first. Aluminium removes that failure, at the cost of flexibility — this hose is stiffer to work around a stove door than a PVC one, and 1.2 m is short enough that the machine sits beside you rather than behind you.
Quick-release catches on a 20-litre drum sound like packaging and decide how much ash ends up back in the room. Carry the closed drum outside, release, tip: that is the whole technique, and it is only practical if the catches open in one movement.
Materials and construction reduce the consequences of an error. They do not change the rule that applies to every machine in this family: cold ash only, at least twenty-four hours after the last burn.

Metal, if the machine will be used on a stove that has been burning recently — the hose end is the part closest to whatever heat remains, and it is the part that deforms first on a cheap machine. The trade-off is real: an aluminium hose is stiffer to manoeuvre around a grate than a flexible one, and 1.2 m is not long.
More than they sound. Emptying is the job that puts ash back into the room, and a drum you can open in one movement, carry outside and tip in one go raises far less dust than one that fights you at the doorstep. Ash vacuuming is judged on how much dust is airborne afterwards.
