The bottom line The one to buy if the machine will be used properly: everything here is about not stopping.
The WD 6 P S is the largest domestic Kärcher here: 30 litres, an 8 m cable and a 3.5 m hose — about eleven and a half metres of working radius.
Reach is the specification that changes the work
Every wet and dry vacuum can pick things up. What separates them in use is how often you have to interrupt to reposition the machine, and that is decided by cable plus hose. At four metres, the machine follows you; at eleven, it stays in a corner while you work a whole room. Everything else on this page is a smaller version of the same tool.
Thirty litres, and the weight that implies
Volume is welcome for water and building debris. It is also a warning: a full drum of water weighs as much as a bag of cement. Empty before moving, and think about where a machine this size lives when it is not working — bulk is the reason large vacuums end up unused in a shed.
Same limits as the rest of the range
Flat pleated filter with a cleaning button, an appliance socket for tools, and L-class filtration. Excellent for sawdust, workshop debris and water; not for plaster or concrete, which need an M-class machine regardless of price.

Questions people actually ask
Is reach really worth paying for?
It is the specification owners notice most and buyers ignore most. A machine you have to move every two minutes gets pulled over, gets its hose kinked at the cuff, and eventually gets left in the corner. Eleven metres covers a double garage or a floor of a house from one socket.
Can it lift standing water?
Yes — that is the point of a wet and dry machine, and thirty litres is a genuinely useful amount of water. Two practical notes: empty it before carrying it, because thirty litres of water is thirty kilos, and never vacuum water from anything electrical that is still connected.
