The Livatro 13-in-1 is a steam mop whose upper section detaches as a handheld, rated 1 500 W with steam stated at up to 130 °C.
Most steam mops state nothing at all about their steam. A figure lets you at least place the machine, and 130 °C sits at the upper end of this family.
Detaching the top half gives a usable detail tool for taps, tile joints and a hob. The compromise is real: bulkier than a dedicated handheld, and no boiler behind it delivering four or five bar.
Thirteen sounds decisive and is mostly packaging. The pieces that get used are the floor head, the pads, a detail nozzle and a brush. Choose on heat-up, tank size and pad quality; treat the accessory count as a tiebreak.

It is at the upper end of what this family states. Steam leaves most nozzles close to 100 °C; higher figures come from pressurised boilers, where the steam is also drier. Without a pressure figure it cannot be ranked against the Polti machines, which state 4 and 5 bar.
The joints and the finish. Steam that reaches the core of a laminate board swells it permanently, and the risk is at the joints rather than on the face. Keep the head moving, never park it, and test in a corner behind a door before committing to a room.
