The WV 1 Compact Care Extra+ is Kärcher’s small window vacuum with 360° Comfort!Clean: it works vertically, horizontally and overhead.
A window vacuum removes water from a smooth surface. What varies between them is where you can hold it. A head that keeps its seal upside down covers skylights and shower ceilings — the surfaces most people stop cleaning.
It does not clean the glass; the spray bottle and the microfibre cover do. And it will not remove limescale that has etched into a screen after years of hard water. That needs a descaling treatment first, after which a daily pass keeps it clear.

Because most window vacuums lose their seal when tilted past a certain angle, and the water runs back down your arm. A head rated for overhead use covers skylights, shower ceilings and the top of a conservatory — the surfaces people give up on.
That is the strongest case for one. A ten-second pass after every shower prevents limescale rather than removing it — and no machine removes limescale that has already etched into glass. It is a habit tool more than a cleaning tool.
