The bottom line The right head for a big area and a strong machine. Check your flow rate before buying width.
At 465 mm on four wheels, this is the widest surface cleaner on the site, in stainless steel and rated to 4 000 PSI — roughly 275 bar, far above any domestic machine.
Width is a flow-rate decision
The jets inside a surface cleaner are turned by the water passing through them. A wide head on a machine with modest flow spins slowly and cleans unevenly. Match the head to the litres per hour, not to the bar figure.
The fitting
A 3/8 in quick connect with a 1/4 in adapter: the trade standard rather than a proprietary bayonet. That makes it usable across brands with one adapter — and it means a domestic Kärcher or Nilfisk needs that adapter, with the usual caution about joints at the highest-pressure point in the system.
What is not stated
Height adjustment. On concrete and hard paving that changes nothing. On softer stone, the protection has to come from technique: steady pace, no pausing, and a test in an inconspicuous corner.

Questions people actually ask
Will it work on my domestic machine?
Mechanically, with an adapter — the 3/8 in quick connect is a trade fitting, not a Kärcher bayonet or a Nilfisk Click&Clean. Practically, only if the machine has the flow to drive it. A 465 mm head on a 360 l/h washer spins slowly and cleans worse than the lance it replaced.
Why does a surface cleaner need flow rather than pressure?
Because the jets are driven by the water passing through them. Pressure decides how hard each jet hits; flow decides how fast the head turns and how much water carries the dirt away. A wide head is a flow-rate accessory.
