roborock F25 BX review

Twenty thousand pascals in a head that lies flat, from a maker better known for robots.

The bottom line The anti-tangle roller is the reason to look at it. The missing roller-care figures are the reason to read the alternatives too.

The F25 BX brings roborock’s robot engineering to a stick floor washer: 20 000 Pa, a 180° lie-flat head, and an anti-tangle roller.

Hair is the maintenance problem

On any machine with a roller, hair wraps around the middle and has to be cut free. On a wet roller that job is worse. Routing hair off the ends is the design that removes it.

Flat, as the family requires

Lying fully flat is now the price of entry in this category, and this machine pays it.

The absent figures

No wash temperature, no drying cycle, no runtime. Three of the four specifications that decide long-term satisfaction are missing from the listing, and this page will not fill them in.

What we like, and what we don't

  • Listed on all six Amazon stores

Compromises

  • No runtime figure on this listing
  • The UK price sits far above the continental ones

Questions people actually ask

Does anti-tangle matter on a floor washer as much as on a robot?

It matters in the same way and for the same reason: hair wraps around a roller and has to be cut free. On a floor washer the roller is also wet, which makes the job worse. A design that routes hair off the ends rather than around the middle removes a weekly chore.

Twenty thousand pascals against twenty-five thousand — meaningful?

Not on a hard floor. Past a point, what decides the result is how much liquid comes back out and how the roller behaves, not the headline figure. Compare roller care, lying height and edge cleaning first.

Our score
