The bottom line A sensible site machine. The filter indicator is the small thing you will use most.
The Multi II 30 T is Nilfisk’s site machine: 30 litres, 1 400 W, an appliance socket and a blower port.
The socket is the reason
A vacuum with a power take-off stops being a cleaning machine and becomes dust extraction. The tool plugs into the vacuum, the vacuum starts with the trigger, and dust is captured where it is made rather than swept up afterwards.
What the listing does not give
No airflow in litres per second, no suction in millibars. Nilfisk publishes both on some machines and neither here, so this one cannot be ranked against the Bosch Professional or the Einhell on the figures that describe a vacuum.
The blower, and the drum
The exhaust port is genuinely useful and genuinely messy: empty the drum before using it. And remember what thirty litres of water weighs before carrying the machine anywhere.

Questions people actually ask
What does the filter indicator actually tell me?
That airflow has fallen far enough to need attention — which is useful because the symptom people notice first is "the motor sounds different", and by then the filter has been loading for a while. On a machine without one, the routine is to check the bag and the filter before blaming anything else.
Blower function — gimmick or use?
Genuine use. Moving the hose to the exhaust port turns the machine into an air source for clearing a channel, drying a garage floor or blowing debris out of a corner suction cannot reach. Empty the drum first: it fires whatever is inside outwards.
