Because the specification being bought is not the pressure. Trade machines are built around slow-running pumps with serviceable seals, brass or metal heads, and frames that survive being knocked over. A domestic machine is designed to work for a few dozen hours a year; this one is designed to work every day and be repaired when something wears. If your usage is a terrace twice a summer, none of that is worth paying for.
