The CHERIKIU sits at the bottom of the petrol group by both price and pressure: 170 to 190 bar, a 7.5 hp engine at 3 400 rpm, an axial cam pump, and self-priming.
Quoting 170–190 bar rather than a single maximum is a small point in its favour: pressure on a petrol machine varies with the nozzle and the engine’s state, and a range is closer to the truth than a peak measured at the moment nothing is flowing.
Drawing from a tank or a butt is often the whole reason for a petrol machine. It requires a filter on the suction line — grit is what kills pumps — and a strict rule against running dry, which destroys seals within seconds.
An axial cam pump is the disposable design: sealed, compact, cheap, and replaced rather than rebuilt. That is a reasonable trade for occasional use and a poor one for weekly work.

Draw water from a tank, a butt or a stream rather than from a tap — which is often the actual reason to own a petrol machine. Two conditions still apply: the water must be clean enough not to destroy the pump, so a filter on the suction line is essential, and the machine must never run dry.
Axial pumps are compact, cheap and sealed: when the seals go, the pump is generally replaced whole. Triplex pumps cost more, run cooler and take new seals, which is why they appear on machines meant to work every day. For occasional use an axial pump is the sensible economy — for hours a week, it is the part that will end the machine.
