No, and this pair is the clearest illustration on the site. Without a flow rate you cannot tell whether a machine moves 300 or 600 liters an hour, and that is what decides how long a terrace takes. Both quote a maximum, measured with the trigger shut.
Running time. An air-cooled domestic machine is designed for intermittent use and relies on you letting go of the trigger. Water cooling routes the incoming supply around the motor, so long sessions do not shorten its life.
